Happy Birthday To Me!!!

Today is my birthday and Mommy made me my favorite chicken burger to celebrate (which I’m currently in a sit-stay for) and am very excited about! We don’t light the candles (all 9 of them), but that’s okay as long as you take off this ridiculous hat and head thingie asap! Can I eat the candles? No?? How about the decorations?
